Looking for flexible office space with a variety of amenities, all at a location near (but not too near!) downtown Albany? At NYCON headquarters located at 272 Broadway in Menands (Albany, 12204 mailing address) we now have a variety of drop-in and long-term space available. Our 200-year-old building, Menands Manor, is located near the intersection of routes 787 and 90, and just a 7-minute drive to downtown Albany. Boardroom

  • Flexible furniture includes tables that can be moved into small groups and 20 chairs that can be moved as needed.
  • When set up as conference table the room easily seats 14.
  • Equipped with a Meeting Owl (with 360-degree camera, microphone and speaker) and 65" monitor to make everyone visible and heard in hybrid meetings.
  • Includes WiFi and kitchen access. Copy machine access can also be included by request.
  • $100 per hour, up to $500 max

Parlor

  • Large table that comfortably fits up to 12 people.
  • Additional side seating (and one small table) can seat another 8.
  • Includes WiFi and kitchen access. Copy machine access can also be included by request.
  • $75 per hour, up to $375 max

Single Office – large

(approx. 158 square feet)
  • Room for 4 desks.
  • Basic tables and chairs provided.
  • Newly remodeled space with new carpet and paint, and 7’ high windows.
  • Includes WiFi, copy machine and postage meter access, kitchen access, free coffee. Our Office Manager answers the door and receives packages and greets guests.
  • $400 per month

Drop-In Space

  • Unlimited use of shared drop-in space.
  • Also access to a small Focus Room for periodic private calls.
  • Includes WiFi, copy machine and postage meter access, kitchen access, free coffee. Our Office Manager answers the door and receives packages and greets guests.
  • $250 per month

Full Office Suite

  • 4 offices plus a shared common space, approximately 1,000 square feet total.
  • Offices are all in a self-contained newly remodeled suite, with new carpet and paint, 7’ high windows throughout.
  • Includes WiFi, copy machine and postage meter access, kitchen access, free coffee. Our Office Manager answers the door and receives packages and greets guests.
  • $1,750 per month

Mailbox 

  • Includes acceptance of packages by our Office Manager.
  • Access during business hours, 8 am to 4 pm weekdays.
  • $30 per month
