“Tracy comes to NYCON after successfully completing her Master’s in Legal Studies (LL.M) and running her own foundation, Military Family Foundation, for the past nine years. Tracy lives in Delmar and is actively pursuing her second Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.”
“Margaret is a recent graduate from Maria College with a degree in Liberal Arts and Communications. She serves a dual role working with both NYCON’s membership team and BoardStrong.”
“Since 1998, she has led NYCON’s Financial Management Group, providing financial management technical assistance and training to nonprofit staff and boards of directors throughout New York State, both directly and via partnerships with New York State agencies and foundations.”

“Joe has extensive accounting experience in both the corporate and non-profit world. He is a graduate of the College of Saint Rose and a life-long resident of Albany. Joe is an avid sports fan and enjoys cycling in his spare time.”
“Erica holds a degree from Stony Brook University in Women’s Studies. In college, she worked as a Diversity Assistant in the Office of Multicultural Affairs. Erica has privately tutored high school and college students in a variety of subjects. She is a sociopolitical justice activist and long-time ally of non-profits throughout New York State.”
