The Central New York Community Foundation is proud to introduce a new grant opportunity for Arts and Cultural Organizations in Onondaga and Madison Counties.
Through its Program for Arts Capacity and Excellence (PACE), the Community Foundation is offering unrestricted grant dollars to Arts and Cultural organizations dedicated to working on strategic issues related to capacity building. The Program for Arts Capacity and Excellence (PACE) is targeted toward innovative and forward-thinking arts and cultural groups that meet established criteria. These grants will be awarded to organizations that clearly articulate strategic issues, an implementation plan and are also willing to submit an annual progress report that demonstrates advancement.
In order to help organizations prepare for applying to participate in PACE Plus, the Central New York Community Foundation has partnered with the Council of Community Services of New York State, Inc. (CCSNYS). CCSNYS has provided a PACE Plus Primer for participants to utilize before completing the required survey. If you have any questions, please call (607) 436-3124 or e-mail amarietta@ccsnys.org.
Mark your calendar for the Thursday, April 17th Orientation and Education Day. CCSNYS will facilitate a day for interested applicants to become oriented to PACE Plus, ask questions, receive “base” information and education regarding strategic issues and strategic planning, and receive individual technical assistance from CCSNYS staff.
