Raising Money, Not Risk: Managing Fundraising Liabilities [Webinar]

Presented by Andrew Marrietta, Licensed Associate, Council Services Plus

Making your fundraising efforts successful and profitable require hard work, coordination, good accounting and controlling expenses.  It follows that your organization also must consider the risks and liabilities associated with fundraising, including when things go wrong. We’ve all had the “what if” scenario thoughts about the worst that could happen at, or after, an event. For example, a child getting injured on-site, a donor consuming too much at an open bar and being involved in an accident, or theft of your event cash box or raffle ticket proceeds.  This webinar will highlight potential risks impacting many nonprofit fundraisers, including issues Executive Directors and their Boards are often unaware of, and how best to manage them.

For members who cannot attend, feel free to register and we’ll send you a link to the recording at the end of the session.
